Essential & Authentication Cookies
These cookies are indispensable for our service to function. They authenticate users, secure sessions against Cross-Site Request Forgery (CSRF), and maintain your Google Business Profile connection without requiring constant re-logins.
- lp_session: Encrypted session token maintaining your active sign-in (Duration: 30 days).
- lp_user: Basic verified user identifier and avatar display cookie (Duration: 30 days).
- rzp_*: Razorpay payment gateway checkout tokens during active billing flows.
Preference & Interface Storage
These store your selected Google Business Profile location, active Geo-Grid search radius (e.g. 5km, 10km), review filters (e.g., Unanswered Only), and billing currency preference so that your workspace remains configured the way you left it.
Aggregated Performance Telemetry
Helps us detect API latency spikes, broken UI links, and ensure our 99.9% uptime SLA. Data collected is aggregated and does not personally identify any individual user.
4. Third-Party Integrations & Cookies
Our platform integrates with trusted enterprise technology providers:
- Google Identity Services (OAuth 2.0): Used to securely sign in and authorize official Google My Business API access. Governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
- Razorpay: Encrypted payment infrastructure certified under PCI-DSS Level 1. Used to securely authorize card, UPI, and netbanking subscriptions without exposing payment credentials to our servers.
5. Managing & Disabling Cookies
