Google API Services User Data Policy
Limited Use Disclosure & Data Governance • Effective: September 2026
LocalYantra's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
1. Google OAuth 2.0 Scopes Requested
LocalYantra requests access strictly to official Google Business Profile management scopes:
User-Facing Purpose: Allows LocalYantra to display and synchronize your verified Google Business Profile locations, download customer reviews, post AI-generated replies on your explicit confirmation, schedule Google Updates/Offers/Events, synchronize photos, and retrieve customer interaction metrics (calls, directions, impressions).
2. Strict Limited Use Guarantees
We never sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties, data aggregators, or data brokers under any circumstances.
Google user data is never used or transferred to serve targeted, retargeted, personalized, or interest-based advertisements.
We do not use Google user data to train generalized machine learning or foundational AI models without explicit, informed affirmative user opt-in.
No human at LocalYantra reads your Google Business Profile data unless you explicitly request technical support, or when required by security investigation or law.
3. How to Revoke Google Access
You retain complete autonomy over your Google account. You can revoke LocalYantra's permissions at any time:
- Visit your Google Account Security Permissions page.
- Locate LocalYantra under "Third-party apps with account access".
- Click Remove Access.
Upon revocation, our servers immediately lose authorization to contact Google My Business APIs on your behalf.
4. Data Deletion Requests
You may request permanent deletion of all stored OAuth tokens, cached profile data, and analytics by emailing rankingravils@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We process all verified deletion requests within 30 calendar days.
