Delivery of our services occurs electronically and instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation.

1 Mode of Delivery

Access to the LocalYantra platform is provisioned digitally over the Internet. Upon signing in with Google OAuth or email and completing subscription checkout via Razorpay, your account is immediately upgraded to the chosen profile tier (1, 5, 10, or 20+ Google Business Profiles).

All tools—including live GBP sync, Geo-Grid rank tracker, AI review replies, automated post scheduler, and multi-location analytics—are accessed directly through your web browser on desktop or mobile at https://localyantra.com/dashboard.

4 Delivery Issues & Account Activation Support

If you have completed a payment through Razorpay and your dashboard does not reflect your upgraded plan within 5 minutes, please follow these steps:

Log out and log back into your LocalYantra dashboard to refresh your authentication token.
Check your email inbox and spam folder for the Razorpay payment confirmation receipt containing your Payment ID.
If your upgraded profile limit still does not reflect, contact our technical desk immediately with your Payment ID and registered email:
