2. Payment Methods & Gateway Security
All subscription charges are processed securely via Razorpay, India's leading PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. LocalYantra accepts:

3. Taxes & GST Invoicing
Invoices are issued under SAC Code 998313 (Information Technology Software Services). Registered Indian business and agency customers can input their GSTIN during checkout to receive official B2B GST tax invoices for claiming Input Tax Credit (ITC).
4. Profile Upgrades & Downgrades
When managing growing multi-location brands, you can upgrade your profile tier at any point directly from the dashboard. Your new profile capacity is unlocked instantaneously, and the unused duration of your current plan is credited toward the upgraded tier.
5. Renewal & Cancellation Terms
Subscriptions renew automatically at the conclusion of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time with one click from your dashboard settings. Upon cancellation, your account remains fully active until the conclusion of the paid term, after which no further renewals will be attempted.
